Our Temazcal ceremonies are to heal our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.

The ceremony lasts between 1 – 1.5 hours in 4 stages, (doors) in which you work with the energies of the four directions: awakening of the consciousness, the feminine energy, the will and  transmutation into light, as well as specific aspects that each one wants to work on during the ceremony.

 

The darkness in the temazcal and the heat of the vapor of the infusion that is used, as well as the traditional chants, elevate us in this incredible voyage of self -realization and liberation.
